I specialise in hand drawn original pieces of artwork, commissioned from photographs. I produce realistic Pet Portraits in graphite, and coloured pencil, both mediums allowing me the control I need for the my style of work. I have dogs of my own and appreciate the special friendship a dog can give. It is my mission to portray each subject's unique character.
Here is the start of my most recent pet portrait. Millie is a beautiful yellow labrador and is being drawn in graphite, size 16" x 20". The paper is actually off-white, I had to darken the photograph to show the outline clearly.
