I specialise in hand drawn original pieces of artwork, commissioned from photographs. I produce realistic Pet Portraits in graphite, and coloured pencil, both mediums allowing me the control I need for the my style of work. I have dogs of my own and appreciate the special friendship a dog can give. It is my mission to portray each subject's unique character.
Here are a couple of work in progress images from a new Pet Portrait I started today. The subject is Mia, who is a German Shorthaired Pointer. The portrait is in graphite and is 12" x 16".
